All Diyneakers products are made-to-order and customized based on customer selections.

Customized Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, changes are no longer possible.

Sizing Disclaimer
Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order. Diyneakers is not responsible for incorrect size selection.
